Excellent patient care. Carers are patient, attentive and know how to encourage mum to receive care needs. They treat her with respect, like an elder and mum trusts them more over time to deliver personal care and feeding etc. They manage mums moods and ensure she has all the things she likes and needs before they leave eg books.
