Frequently asked questions

To help you feel confident in our services, we’ve answered some of the most common questions about our care services.

If you have more queries, please feel free to contact us.

  • Everyone has individual requirements, so in order to ensure you get the right option for you we offer a free face to face consultation. This includes a detailed review of your health
and any medical treatments to ensure a personalised care plan is created. We also take into account life history, social networks as well as any activities and hobbies you wish to include in your care. This is flexible and can be regularly reviewed.

  • All of our staff go through a stringent recruitment process involving suitability tests and references, as well as a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which helps to ensure that we prevent unsuitable people from working with those who are vulnerable.

  • We provide hourly care in all London Boroughs and the Home counties. We also provide Live-in care nationally, and Respite care abroad.

  • You may qualify for a range of public funding, such as direct payments from social services, government funded care, continuing care (health funding) and State benefits for part funding (Attendance allowance or disability allowance). A free face to face consultation would enable us to build a picture of any funding which is available to you - you can arrange this by calling our office directly on 0333 207 5727.

  • Yes, our service is available 24/7 and there will always be someone on call to provide assistance with any emergencies.

  • We have a dedicated in-house trainer, who coordinates an induction course which is designed to train new Carers. We also have a custom-built training suite, which will enable us to provide on-going training and ensure our staff maintain the highest degree of care. This includes having an up-to-date Care certificate, moving and handling techniques (practical and theory), medication and PEG feeding training, as well Oliver McGowan certificate in Learning Disability and Autism.

  • You can contact us directly on 0333 207 5727 or request a call-back by completing the contact us form.
